Our aim is clear: we want to manufacture high quality products tailored to our customers’ requirements. This means establishing all quality criteria, responsibilities and processes beforehand and then putting them into practice at all stages of production.

Equally important is the meticulous control of raw materials, half-finished products and finished products. We are assisted in this task by internal and external laboratories.

In 1994, Kentaur AG became one of the first cereal refining enterprises in Europe to submit voluntarily to ISO 9001 standards, and it has been following these norms ever since.
