From original concept to finished product

Often, it is our customers who inspire us to develop new products. They usually have definite ideas about the kind of end products they want and when these could be launched on the market. It is our job to satisfy our customers’ demands and requirements at the right time and at a reasonable price. Our work in this domain stretches from initial testing in our laboratory to supplying samples to our customers, right up to trial production runs in our plant.

We conduct humidity, density and sensory analyses in our laboratory. We can also carry out rapid gluten tests.

It should be noted that each product development project is filed under a separate project number. The file contains all data concerning the development process, from initial research up to realisation.

Apart from realising new projects, our Research and Development Department is also responsible for improving and optimising existing products and production processes. We are proud of our innovation skills, which enable us to look ahead with confidence.
