Crumbs from cornflakes
The so-called crumbs (produced from crushed cornflakes) are available from Kentaur in a range of sizes depending on sifting:
Crumb type 28 (sifted with sieve size 2 to 8 mm)
Crumb type 24 (sifted with sieve size 2 to 4 mm)
Crumb type 06 (sifted with sieve size 0 to 6 mm)
Crumb type 28 organic (sifted with sieve size 2 to 8 mm)
Rice crumbs
The puffed rice is crushed and sifted.
Crumb type 15 (sifted with sieve size 1 to 5 mm)
Oats crumbs
The puffed oats is crushed and sifted.
Crumbs type 15 (sifted with sieve size 1 to 5 mm)
Quinoa crumbs
The puffed quinoa is crushed and sifted.
Crumbs type 02 (sifted with sieve size 0 to 2 mm)
Cracknel / crunchy crumbs
The puffed rice is crushed, sifted and coated with sugar. These can also be produced in formulations that are sweetened only with honey (without added sugar).
